Andrew Ramirez was the guest speaker at the October 10 meeting of the Exchange Club of Muncie. Mr. Ramirez is a Deputy Prosecutor for Delaware County and has been involved with multiple cases involving death from overdose of an illegally obtained controlled substance. He explained the evidence needed and steps necessary to successfully prosecute this kind of case. Delaware County has one of the highest conviction rates in the state and it is hoped that drug dealers will be aware of this and reduce their activity in Delaware County.
