Brad Edmondson, Director of Philanthropy for the IUHealth East-Central Indiana, was the guest speaker at the April 3rd meeting. Mr. Edmondson spoke about some of the unrecognized ways that IUHealth Ball Memorial Hospital and other services of IUHealth support the healthcare needs of Hoosiers in East-Central Indiana. He informed the Club about some of the health outcome measures of our region vs. Indiana and vs. the US in general. He defined ways in which IUHealth is trying to improve these health outcome measures and what individuals such as Club members could do as well. The talk was very informative and stimulated thoughtful questions from the members.
