Delaware County Recorder, Jan Smoot, and Chief Deputy Recorder, Paula Morrison, presented at the March 27th meeting. They informed the Club about the functions of the Recorder’s Office and the services they provide for residents of Delaware County. The Recorders also spoke about a recent Title fraud scam and signed up many members to be notified if liens are filed against their property. The speakers were very informative and helpful.
