The guest speaker for the June 12 meeting was County Commissioner, Stephen Brand. Commissioner Brand explained the duties and responsibilities of the County Commission plus spoke about the things that the Commissioners have done since beginning his term of office in January of this year. Mr. Brand also discussed the recent property tax reform bill passed by the legislature and its expected impact on the finances of Delaware County plus answered many questions from the audience.
