President Abe Starost welcomed Cliff Bishop to the Club meeting. Mr. Bishop announced this year’s recipient of the Bishop Scholarship, Judy Dargo of Wapahani. Unfortunately, Ms. Dargo was unable to attend. The Bishop Scholarship is given annually to a resident of Delaware County who graduates from a Delaware County high school and will attend Ball State University. The scholarship is named in honor of former Exchange Club of Muncie member Welker Bishop, Jr. who was Director of Housing at Ball State University.
