Delaware County Clerk of the Courts, Rick Spangler, was the guest speaker for the July 11 meeting. Mr. Spangler explained the many functions of the office of the Clerk of the Courts to the Club. Most of his presentation and questions concerned the elections held in Delaware County, the State and the Nation. He explained the details of the vote counting process in Delaware County. Because of the voting laws in Indiana, the responsibility shown by the citizens working at the polls and the security measures in place, Mr. Spangler was confident of the reliability of the voting process in Delaware County.

The newest member of the Exchange Club of Muncie was initiated at the July 11 meeting by acting president, Lee Nicholson. Erin Ailstock was officially welcomed into the Club plus presented with her certificate of membership and lapel pin. Ms. Ailstock is the Outreach Enrichment Director at Westminster Village Muncie. She thanked the Club for being such a welcoming organization and is glad to be a part of Exchange.
